I just would like to say a very big thank you to Joseph and Aqua. I have been at Village place now for six weeks. They have made my stay very easy and comfortable and have been very helpful with any questions. I’ve had to ask and very quick in the responses, if there was something to be sorted A class service boys keep it up. Keep up the great work.
Aris and the concierge team at the Harrington Collection are so friendly, kind and always happy to help. They make life a breeze for me and my family, I couldn’t be there without them!
Joseph was super friendly and helpful from start to finish. He took the time to show me around the building, helped me find my car space, and clearly explained the whole moving-in process. Made everything way less stressful – really appreciated his help.
Manure the Building manager from Pacific management that looks after the Apartments on River Rd Ermington, is by far the worst building Manager you could ask for !! Has no clue about looking after a building , many issues of the building over looked ! This man does not take his job seriously , needs to get off his high horse and do some actual work. Find some professional workers . .
Been living at River Rd, Ermington apartments for a couple of months now. This building is run by Munir, the carpark constantly stinks of rubbish and the lift constantly has issues. It was out for 2 weeks a month ago and no explanation was given. I am old and cannot walk up so many flights of stairs and it was such a stressful time for me. I do not find Munir pro active in his job and am pretty let down on his service. Please do better!!!
