I’m a resident at top Ryde. The guy who works here with a beard is inept. I called him for a noise complaint, he promised me hed go down, never went. Only other time I’ve spoken to him he was super rude. Disappointing.

He promptly attended our unit when the power tripped, reset the circuit breaker, and carefully checked all lights and appliances to ensure everything was working properly.
