Ray Ibekaku has been by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL building manager I’ve encountered. Routine inspections doesn't seem to be conducted, the car park is a mess and has even been used as a shelter by a homeless person, completely unacceptable for a residential complex. To make things worse, he rarely replies to messages, making it nearly impossible to communicate or resolve issues.
