Pacific Building built two commercial office/warehouse buildings for us in Tracy, Ca. Approx 100,000 square feet later and a successful projects I wanted to say I couldn't be more satisfied with the final product.
Hard working, down to earth people that care about their work and hold customers at the highest service and ethics. They have successfully completed many commercial retail and industrial projects.
These guys are crooks, from top to bottom. It's as if ripping people off is standard procedure over there. The excuses we've heard from them and the games we've had to deal with were nearly exactly what another reviewer here posted. We were originally given the run-around, but now they've gone completely silent. We're going the legal route now.
