Service both admin and operational was first class. The whole businees model as represented to this “land lubber/ newbie” was entirely accurate. I would highly recommend! AND wow, providing the detailed knowledge for Sydney Harbour and Pittwater is Pacific Boating special power😀
I've been a member with Pacific Boating since 2024 and can honestly say it's been a great experience. I started on the Pacific 32 and enjoyed it so much that I ended up working my way through all three boat models. We've had some fantastic family days out and quite a few overnight trips, and it's been one of those memberships we've genuinely got a lot of value out of. The team are what really make it. Extremely disappointing experience. This company makes big promises but fails to deliver when it matters. Communication was poor, and whenever issues came up, they seemed more focused on finding excuses rather than providing solutions. The level of service did not match what was advertised, and overall it felt very unprofessional. I would not recommend based on my experience
Sorry for the late review about 1 month ago. Thankyou so much Jason for making our trip enjoyable. We were invited out on the boat by our colleague with our 11yo son that has autism. Jackson was extremely anxious and scared our a new environment, he had never been on a boat before and we thought he was ready for thr challenge. It seemed that apart from his normal job of taking the captain through his role, he took special attention to Jackson.
