Extremely disappointing experience. This company makes big promises but fails to deliver when it matters. Communication was poor, and whenever issues came up, they seemed more focused on finding excuses rather than providing solutions. The level of service did not match what was advertised, and overall it felt very unprofessional. I would not recommend based on my experience
Sorry for the late review about 1 month ago. Thankyou so much Jason for making our trip enjoyable. We were invited out on the boat by our colleague with our 11yo son that has autism. Jackson was extremely anxious and scared our a new environment, he had never been on a boat before and we thought he was ready for thr challenge. It seemed that apart from his normal job of taking the captain through his role, he took special attention to Jackson. My mate is a member with pacific boats and he invited us out for the day on the last weekend. All I can say is AMAZING! the boat was absolutely sparking and our cruise around the harbour...breathtaking!, the experience really had to come down to the amazing staff that greeted us when we left and came back. Jason and Connor you both made us feel extremely welcome and your banter was great. You both are a credit to pacific boats and they have trained you both 10/10
