Fast and easy setup cheap for "low-income" individuals as low as under 100$ for a spot for a car to a small trailer up to and over 100$ for anything bigger than that. Facility has almost 24 access with coded entry. One entry/exit gate with coded entry. Office located on site of property location. Partial security with: cameras at location on property and Security Cows that roam the pasture/lot; witch it's grassed yard/lot, is huge and has many spots available all year around lots of space very open facility. I used to have my boat old boat serviced here about eight years ago. I haven't been here in that length of time but Matt who was in charge of the place at that time was nothing but top notch! The service and rates were great! I felt comfortable with the knowledge and the innovativeness they had when servicing your engine or installing equipment.
