I bought my first wetsuit and boots here and this store is great. I didn't grab the name of the person who helped me like the other reviewers but he's the guy with the curly brown hair. He was super helpful in finding the right fit and items. I also appreciated it never felt like you were pressured to buy everything but that the shop was just happy to show you their stuff. Great experience as a first time buyer from this store. Smooth online transaction and quick shipping. I contacted the store after the sale with a small concern and I feel they went out of their way to help me when they didn’t have to. Rare to have an experience like that these days.
Steve was very helpful in helping me figure out the cause of and solution for my foot cramps when snowboarding!
Patient and customer-oriented staff, took measurements and suggested a great boot for me. I hit the powder today, and they feel amazing, it really improved the force transfer and response I needed. Their price was also very competitive and worth all the investment for a new pair of boots. Shoutout to Max for being an excellent sales rep.
-Update, today is Dec 26th, my (van to north van) package is still in kamloops and has not moved an inch since Dec 17th. (16 days in total since in transit) Kindly asked PB for update on the package a few days ago, replied in BIG BLACK BOLD font " we don’t have any additional information other than what’s in the tracking number." At this point, i know i'm 100% done dealing with this company. Filed dispute with my CC. All of a sudden PB starts email bombing me with "updates" not sure if it is only because i filed the dispute.... read more
