Poor communication and service.
John and Bryan went above and beyond with an emergency I had with my vehicle and resolved it on the fly. If it weren’t for them my engine would’ve over heated. I wanna thank them both for genuinely helping me out.
I had a very disappointing experience with Pacific BMW Service. My car sat at their service department for three weeks. From the first day, I clearly explained what the problem with the car was. Despite this, nothing was done during those three weeks. No updates, no progress, no real diagnostics. When I finally called and told them I would come pick up my car and take it to another dealer, suddenly the next morning they called and said they had “found the problem.” That timing speaks for itself. I like your dealership, but you have incompetent employees. I'm having problems with your employee because he's forcing me to buy parts and services that I don't actually need. For example, he said that I was obligated to buy a battery from you and that it was impossible to diagnose the car without it. This happened with my BMW X5. And this time too, he deceived me and said that it was impossible to diagnose the car without replacing the battery on my BMW 330.
