I'm really surprised about all the negative reviews. I scheduled a next-day appointment here and I immediately felt hesitant after seeing the reviews for the service center are much lower than the dealership. Nevertheless, Haybert and everybody else were super professional and pretty quick. They didn't have any loaners, but arranged Ubers for me to and from work. Bmw service charged me $5,000 total ($3000 labor) to replace a $2,000 windshield for my X5. My insurance company only covered part of the labor cost because they believe BMW overcharged for labor.
Avoid this service center. The most unprofessional. Give your money and business to anyone else but here. They didn’t do a complete inspection of the vehicle and won’t even take any responsibility. Give your business anywhere else but here. Stay AWAY.
I drop my car for 2 day. They Never called me back I try to call and ask. They never answer. So I don't know what's going on with my car or when I can pickup my car.
