Well...day before Thanksgiving and we get into town, no water! I call these guys and they tell me they are totally booked. Then the office staff says they are full but will work me in no matter what. Corey shows up with more than enough supplies , just incase. He does a reinstall of pump and filters and then actually explains what he did. These guys are the best. Pacific Blue Catchment was a great team of guys that showed up as communicated. They were very efficient and kept me updated on the progress. Got the old tank taken down and new one ready to go on the same day. Only out of water a few hours. The communication was plentiful and professional. Definitely recommended for any catchment issues on Big Island.

Pacific Blue Catchment installed a water pump for me about a year and a half ago. I noticed the other day it was sitting a pool of water. I reached out, and immediately upon opening the next day, they let me know they were sending someone out that day to figure out what was going on. The technician arrived as promised and fixed the problem on the spot. Fortunately it wasn't the pump, just an attachment. I was impressed by how promptly the issue was responded to and resolved. And no charge.

Pacific Blue responded quickly when our system broke and we were without water. The repair was done in a short time and our water back on and working.
