The owner,Cory ,no longer comes to job sites—not since Pacific Blue Catchment has attempted to expand to all the Hawaiian islands. Their “operations manager” does not set foot on the properties they “service” either, and delegates work from Alaska. After 10 years of competent tank maintenance at my property, they have gone precipitously downhill—a different employee comes for maintenance every time and any problem with the system is addressed by rookies who are remotely supervised from Alaska.
