Pacific Biomedical is by far has the nicest most kindest team ever. CRYSTAL in particular is the BEST! She immediately helped me fix my cold pack issue in the middle of the night and came in with such a bright smile. There needs to be more people like her. My fiance is getting surgery soon, and we needed all the info for the recovery equipment. Our person, Rush, was 10/10, 5 stars, amazing. The most helpful, thorough explanations, answered all our questions, and was so even and calming. Really helped us during a stressful time, and helped us feel confident about the recovery process.
You don't have joint surgery without obtaining the specialized equipment from pacificbiomedical az. The cooling machine with leg wraps are essential to comfortable and safe recovery. I have used this company's equipment for three surgeries...what a huge benefit in the recovery and healing process. I would highly recommend this company for your neede durable goods.
I have used Pacific Biomedical services twice and was very pleased with their service. I had a complete shoulder replacement and my surgeon recommended them. It made all the difference in my recovery. The machine delivered cold water through to a padded shoulder pack that was so much more comfortable than having an ice pack on and off every 20 minutes.
