Service started out great. Herb was on top of everything and went out of his way to get me the knee sleeve. Once I received my explanation of benefits, I realized why. The cost of the knee sleeve, which I've located online for $99, was $2500! Yes you read that right. Two thousand five hundred dollars for a simple knee sleeve with two velcro straps. Read the previous posts about this company. I had the same experience from them, the guy came to my home and provided a Knee Brace , told me everything went through my insurance and I have nothing to pay. Tow month later I got a statement from them, they charged me 3 times more than the original price which I found online. When I spoke with they were rude, look like this the way they do business by cheating people.Try to avoid these kinds of companies which does makes money unethically.
My new walker and folding cane was brought way out to east mesa and done with care and consideration. I was impressed that he put together that which needed assembly and made sure that they were adjusted properly and that I knew how to use them. The cane even has a built-in led headlight...very useful!! Five stars all the way!!
