I wanted to give a shout out to Pacific Bike and Ski. What a great Sammamish store. Took my daughters new (used) bike for a tune up. Turns out it didn't need one, an employee checked it out performed a few adjustments and sent us on our way. Customer service is STELLAR. I really can't say enough about what a great service this place provides and we are so lucky to have an amazing bike shop on the Plateau. FYI, the new bikes in the store are super drool worthy!
i came in after hours and Myk fixed the chains on my bike for free! i owe this store a lot, as they’ve repaired my bike several times after i’ve taken unexpected spills. the staff at this store are knowledgeable and extremely helpful!!
Mike is amazing! Helped me and my friend out when we were having bike troubles. Passionate, genuine and helpful are words that come to mind when I think about the employees. Wow, I am still awestruck by their commitment to the biking community. Ride on!!!

After being completely frustrated with other local shops trying to buy a new mountain bike, I reached out to Pacific Bike and Ski and got Tyler. He made it so easy; really helped me out and I ended up with a 2019 Stumpjumper. Customer service was great. I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience and I love my bike - Thanks to Tyler at Pacific Bike and Ski!
