threw money at me, yelled at me for looking at the sheets and finding it dirty with hair and yellow food stains, yelled at me to replace my own sheets cause he sent his cleaning lady home. then proceeds to try and give us another dirty sheet and yelled at us that his hands were dirty and that the sheet is still clean so it’s ok ? didn’t even stay for 2 minutes and wouldn’t switch us rooms cause again we “messed up” the bed…… we went down the street to another place and was accommodated very nicely and was told that this plac... read more

Horrible experience at this location. I am very disappointed with the room quality and service. My boyfriend and I arrived and stayed for only 10 minutes, upon arrival we noticed a very unpleasant smell. The room was very cold, moldy and outdated. The vibes overall felt very unsafe. We expressed this with the front manager and he apologized as there was a no refund policy despite only staying for 10 minutes, hadn’t even stayed the night.
