Far and away the worst place I’ve ever had the displeasure to work with, owner Paul is insanely rude and the Hemet location is poorly ventilated and constantly filled with welding fumes and paint powder. Every single day I worked there I would come home with a nose bleed. Never have PPE or any worker safety protections
Its like hell no ac full of welding smoke and ventilation if you want to get cancer great place to get it while you work and breath welding black smoke all day cause there is no ventilation i would never recommend even my worst enemy to work there i also witnessed a girl get her finger smashed of with a press machine and when to guys went to the office to tell the OWNER PAUL about what just happened he was just concerned that the didnt walk on the carpet with there dirty shoes. I dont know how they get any stars. This company was the worst work environment I've ever experienced. Stay away from this place. The owners only prioritize themselves. They refuse medical treatment for injuries, their is no incentive or progression. Im surprised they are still in business.
This company PACIFIC BEND INC is not only a joke but it’s completely unprofessional in every way, let me elaborate on my experience. I decided to give this opportunity a chance since Mrs. Taylor was friendly and I thought I was going to be trained but when I arrived on the first day, I quickly discovered I would have zero training.
