Was a little worried because another guest took our Unit’s park and the rules state you must park in your own unit’s park. I called the after hours staff and they seemed unsure if I would encounter an issue with the policy if I parked in another spot. This made me a little worried overnight my car might get towed. But overall; the view was fantastic, the room was clean and a well managed space with lovely amenities. All the staff I spoke with were kind and professional.

Love my beach front view it was beautiful, lovely shops underneath and a beautiful walk to do a food shop. Nice beach views and close to the flags to be able to swim and a short walk along the beach back to our apartment. The other visitors had been lovely and they enjoyed the kids being kids around the pool. Everyone was easy to talk to and was very friendly. I recommend Pacific Beach Resort and we will be coming back for another holiday

Arrived to discover we are in a room with no view only one bathroom and have been charged an extra $100 since we were here only 4 months ago, told this is what I reserved however there is no evidence of this in our paperwork, we booked 2 bed 2 bathrooms, not happy
