Service and collision team did an amazing job with my X1! Amy my Service advisor and Sam from collision department made everything so seamless for me and got my car repaired and back on the road in no time!
I had recurring issues with the driver's side window alignment after all the reparation had been completed at Pacific Collision Center (PCC). I drove pretty far to get it checked out twice within a year. Despite how much I hated driving long distances, it was worth it. So far there has been no issues, fingers-crossed. Had a great experience here after someone hit my car. They replaced my bumper and camera, and everything works perfectly, paint job is nice, and all in line with BMW standards. The customer service was friendly and helpful throughout the process.
