Had a great experience here after someone hit my car. They replaced my bumper and camera, and everything works perfectly, paint job is nice, and all in line with BMW standards. The customer service was friendly and helpful throughout the process.
Oralia was really kind from the beginning to the end. I found some scratches on my grilles and a lot on my front bumper grille. I asked strictly to the advisor to be very careful with my car. And I don’t know who drove my car but forgot her or his lipstick in my car!!!
I am not sure where to start here. I'll start by saying that my car came out looking good, however my experience was not great. Here are the highlights. It took 6 weeks for them to complete the job. I was told that my impact bar was damaged and HAD to be replaced. However, when they can't source one and it's delaying the process, they tell me it was only cosmetic damage and my old one can be put back on the car. Convenient.
