Came in to have my car's transmission fluid changed and everyone was so kind and informative. They made me feel at ease and at home. Loving uncle and aunty vibes in there. John, the owner, was working at the front with a big smile to welcome me in. I told him what my car's been experiencing and he told me his game plan for checking out the car. I would recommend Pacific Auto Maintenance to everyone. John the proprietor is a lovely, kind & honest man. They repaired my A/C, changed my rear brakes and did an oil change. I paid less for all that work than I had been quoted just to have my A/C fixed at another shop. John is great about keeping the customer "in the loop" ....I'm so glad I found this shop.
