You were my light in a bad start to my morning. I came out this morning and found that someone had thrown a brick into my windshield. I called around to find someone who could replace my windshield today. I called and was greeted by Dave. He was so warm and understanding. He asked me a few questions about my car and what happened. He showed me a lot of compassion. He was able to fit me in. He told me they would drive me to work, which gave me a great amount of peace. Dropped my car off Monday morning for a new bumper cover, had it back Monday evening. Looks great! The fact that Dean called me to make sure I was satisfied and thank me for my business was impressive in my opinion. Not very often the owner of any company calls to thank you!
