Worst experience when it comes to customer service... it took nearly 10 hours to put tints on my car (they said it would be 2 hours)... They make excuses for everything...
Their on hand selection is very limited and expensive. You can get a better deal online.
They operate out of a tent. The installer speaks English so poorly that effective communication is nearly impossible. Watched them install tints on a vehicle ahead of mine and observed them scoring the weatherstripping and leaving bubbles. Pulled my vehicle from the line and got a refund. The office manager didn't ask or care why I was getting a refund.
