Process was very simple and quick. The staff checked in on us on a regular basis to see how things were going. They were very personable and knowledgeable. Any little problems that *** have occurred with a creditor they resolved right away.
I can't say enough about Pacific Associates, I was in a very bad position, they were the only place that was open and honest, I never had any issues with my 4 years with them, I am happy to say my debt it repaid, there help with this was amazing, I would highly recommend them!!

***** and ***** from Pacific Associates helped me at a time I did not know how I was going to get out of debt. They were able to help present me with a clear path forward and took on managing something I hadn't taken the time to educate myself on. Many years later, they were able to walk me through all of the steps, and I have been able to build myself up from where I was.
