I can't say enough about Pacific Associates, I was in a very bad position, they were the only place that was open and honest, I never had any issues with my 4 years with them, I am happy to say my debt it repaid, there help with this was amazing, I would highly recommend them!!

The customer service is amazing, follow up, follow through, promptness, regular check-In's, ease of processes and contacting them made a difficult financial situation stress-less! ***** and ***** from Pacific Associates helped me at a time I did not know how I was going to get out of debt. They were able to help present me with a clear path forward and took on managing something I hadn't taken the time to educate myself on. Many years later, they were able to walk me through all of the steps, and I have been able to build myself up from where I was.

I can not say ENOUGH WONDERFUL THINGS about Pacific Associates. I was referred by a friend 4 years ago today and they were easy to work with and VERY CARING ABOUT MY PERSONAL CREDIT SITUATION. I can say at the end of this month I will be debt free thanks to Pacific Associates. As I was informed at beginning of this process,' we will be there for you through this journey, and your credit ranking will be EVEN BETTER when we finish this process' ! Business Owner Geez, never met a bunch of arrogant people in my life. I have automatic payments taken out every month and if the due date falls on a weekend be prepared for them to take the money out earlier. Don't bother calling them about it, your wasting your time, that is if they return your phone call. Even if your contract says quote"it is understood that process debit entries to the above-reference account on or after the 20th day of each month in an amount not to exceed any amounts outstanding at any time, except as otherwise provided herein". So take it out on the 19th because the 20th falls on a Saturday?????? These people are a scam, they seem to help you at first, but once they get there B.S. leases approved they really are not very nice people to deal with.
