Second time I’ve used Pacific Arbor Care. Once again they did a great job. Timely, fair, knowledgeable, pleasant, and attention to detail are all attributes that mean a lot to me. They definitely checked all the boxes! I would not hesitate to call them again if the need arose.
My neighbor was having her trees worked on and mentioned to Shad that we needed a tree stump removed. Pacific Arbor Care did a great job removing two trees and grinding the roots. Edgar did the job and he was pleasant and professional. Shad gave me a very fair quote and I’m very happy with the work.
Absolutely a great experience. I received a VERY reasonable estimate (lower than the others) on Thursday. The tree was cut down the following Tuesday. Shad went to my neighbor (who I hadn't met) and got permission to go onto his property to use the cherry picker. I now know neighbor. The tree came down quickly and safely. I no longer worry about it falling down.
Shad with Pacific Arbor and his crew were amazing! Best prices around and great service! They took down 6+ dead trees for me and are now working for our neighbor because they are that good. Highly recommend them and they will be the only tree company we use!
