Moving from Florida is a little hard to find alarm company that would give you a good service. Pacific Alarm is the one company I went with to install my alarm and camera for my business. Jeneee and Stewart have been such awesome people to work with. Anytime i message them i always got respond back . I've had Pacific Alarm System in my home doe 21years. I've always had good service and depend on the security Pacific Alarm provides.
Piss poor customer service. Jeneé is the absolute worst in following up and at this point, so is Steve. Spent thousands of dollars for home security system and can’t get a call back from either with issues. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
We had a great experience having our alarm system installed by Pacific Alarms in Seaside. They were prompt, professional and left us feeling secure about how to use our new system. They cleaned up after themselves and worked quickly and we really appreciated the extra effort they put into making sure the system was exactly how we wanted it.
