The guys were responsive and did a good job on customer service so 5 stars for that, but I spent $300 for a guy to clean the chimney with a $50 Home Depot kit and a shop vac for 30 mins. The value of what I was charged just isn't there, and I will be DIYing this in the future. Nothing against the guys, but what a rip off. They did an inspection of the interior fireplace and of the outside and tried to sell me on redoing the siding and recaulking the seams as "squirrel damage." My chimney was repaired by this individual, and he did an excellent job. He worked quickly and showed a great deal of respect. It comes highly recommended!
They arrived punctually and conducted a thorough chimney inspection, confirming its excellent condition. They recommended annual cleaning of the chimney flue and fireplace. Highly recommend!
