We have used Pacific Air for a good number of project. They have an awesome local work force with an eye for detail while going above and beyond... rare for Maui. We have plenty experience with many other AC installers, but we choose Pacific Air for a reason. They are also Mitsubishi diamond certified.
I made an appointment for today and waited during the time frame. No one showed or called. Last message I got was a confirmation text. Tried calling several times. Vm full. Same thing happened last week with a neighbor.
As challenges roll out on island, timing: scheduling and hoping it lines up on tight time lines, Drake came out to price, pivoted on the project and nailed the job on timelines and quality.. very very happy with the system and LOVING the new split system as promised and delivered!
Andrea, Lawai'a, and Drake were all extremely helpful! Our central AC died and they were able to replace the existing system with a new larger system (properly designed for the size of our house), and get us back up and going in no time! Highly recommended!
We had a great experience with Pacific when they installed 3 mini splits in our condo. Andrea was awesome throughout the process because of her quick responsiveness and especially because she was able to get it done before I had to go off island on short notice especially considering they were temporarily down an employee. Big mahalo to Andrea and installers Brian and Lawaia who were great as well. We are happily enjoying our cool temps!
