Enquired about getting a aircon service and Jason slotted me in the next day. Told him I knew little about operating it as it was installed by previous owners and couldn't be sure when it was last serviced. He checked the unit inside and out, advised it was running fine, showed me how to remove the filters and replaced them once cleaned; also showed me best and most efficient use of the remote. Pacific air and electrical recently installed an air conditioner at our residents. Organising the insulation was easy and there was clear and effective communication. Russ arrived at the time he said he'd be there and did a great job of installing our new aircon and tidying everything up (and going the extra mile to make sure that there was no mess made while the work happened).
