Enquired about getting a aircon service and Jason slotted me in the next day. Told him I knew little about operating it as it was installed by previous owners and couldn't be sure when it was last serviced. He checked the unit inside and out, advised it was running fine, showed me how to remove the filters and replaced them once cleaned; also showed me best and most efficient use of the remote.
