Difficult company to work with. They require a large percentage of the money up front. They did not complete the work and did not take into consideration the need to level the land for drainage. I had to report them to RICO and hire a lawyer to get some of the money back. In addition, he did not pay his subcontractor, so I had to pay him directly in the amount of $10,000.
