Just bought a house through the company. Beautiful craftsmanship and attention to detail. The builder has also been responsive post sale for any small questions I have had. Unfortunately additional upgrades were not available due to the current supply shortage, but the model of home I purchased really didn't need additional upgrades. It is beautiful as is. Definitely a 5 star recommendation!
I have represented Pacific 31st, as his real estate agent, in multiple new home sales. He builds a great product and I have never had any problems with his work. You can see his attention to detail goes a long way. His layout and finishes with granite countertops, recessed ceilings, crown molding and open concepts set him above the majority of production builders in the area and he stands by his work. I've worked directly with Joe and Pacific 31st for years now. I helped Joe sell his very first new construction home near ODU in Norfolk sometime around 2010. His attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship really shows in his product. Joe refuses to cut corners or opt to use cheap or unattractive materials. It's been a pleasure to be associated with the Pacific 31st homes over the years.
