I would strongly caution against building with or hiring this company as contractors. Within the first year alone, the property experienced three separate leaks, none of which were properly resolved. Communication has been consistently poor—Vikkas, Jasbir, and Mujtaba (Mussa) have been difficult to deal with, often providing vague or unfulfilled timelines for repairs such as trims and skirting. I would honestly rather live in a cardboard box than have these guys build my house. Terrible service and have 0 clue on what theyre doing. Do NOT build with Vikkas, Jasbir or any of these terrible builders
