They submitted claim to my insurance company. After it was denied I was billed for item. Mailed a check to their California headquarters. Received another statement one month later. Checked my bank statement and check had been processed. Tryed call left message,but no one returned call. Called again and was put on hold for 15 min. Was transferred around and told to fax copy of canceled check. This company is a big scam. Don’t do business with!
They told me they checked insurance and item would be covered. 7 months later they send me a bill for $375 for an item that Amazon sells for $25-50. They Discounted it to $100 when I complained. I called insurancde, and Pacific Medical never even called them to check benefits. Pacific says they didn't tell me it would be covered, but I was quite clear with them that w/out insurance I would not buy this from them.
