It was nice to get a reminder. Regarding the date and time of the appointment. But including the purpose of the appointment and the reminder would be very helpful. For example, the purpose of this visit for us was to see how Taylor's retainers were fitting, but either we were not informed or we did not remember from 2 months ago that we were supposed to bring the retainers with us. Including that information in the reminder would be very helpful.
Two of my children went to Patcher and we couldn't be more pleased. The office staff and orthodontists are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! They fully explain the plan both to the parents and to the patients!
