If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! Dr. Pacheco really payed attention to help me strengthen my knees. Came in with a torn MCL, was very uncertain if I would ever be 100% again. Dr. Pacheco reassured me that I would be back in no time. My knees now feel even stronger than before my injury. He taught me exercises and stretches to do at home so I do not overcompensate on other body parts. If you’re looking for someone that really knows what they’re doing, I would highly recommend Dr. Pacheco.
Robert is a very talented physical therapist. He was direct, to the point, and targeted with his evaluation and he pinpointed the root cause of my knee pain and explained my treatment and exercise plan and the purpose of everything concisely and in a way that left me feeling confident that I would get back to snowboarding quickly, safely and stronger than I had been before I was injured. After over two long years of constant pain from three knee surgeries, I wasn’t sure my situation would ever improve. Working with Robert instilled me with a sense of hope. He is incredibly knowledgeable about body mechanics and anatomy. He was able to concisely explain the exact root of my pain and come up with effective plans to improve it.
