Josh did a great job. Really appreciated how fast he was able to get out considering it’s peak heat season. His customer service was amazing. My cooling unit stopped working. He was super thorough and kind. He explained everything he did and educated me on the parts of the system and what he repaired. Can't say enough positive comments about working with Josh Pacheco! He is so thorough and has such attention to detail! Quality professional work that you KNOW will be done right. He really cares about his work. He knows the products he installs inside and out and can explain all aspects of their use. Josh was excellent! He was very communicative about our appointment and on time. He cleaned my ac unit and it's been working amazing since. No one else has been able to do such a good job as he and it's working better than ever. Josh is very knowledgeable in his field and a hard worker, I highly recommend.
