I wanted to share a customer service experience that took place this past Saturday. One of our on-call account managers (we are available 24-7) received a call at 5:15pm PST from a current client stating that they needed several items for a trade show and their other supplier was not going to be able to have them delivered in time as the show started the next day at 11am in Phoenix.
