I am truly unsure how this company is still in business. I was referred to them by a locksmith we worked with in the past. I reached out to get a quote for an installation and was unaware that they only installed their own products- which is fine. The customer service (or lack thereof) that I received was baffling and truly appalling. The person I communicated with was rude and I want to encourage others NOT to use this company on the sheer principle that their professionalism doesn't exist.

Liberty Home Guard hired Pacey Electric to repair a commercial doorbell intercom system. Not only did they not resolve the issue they made it worse and it took them 2 months, 5 technicians with no resolution. They wanted me to keep opening up claims and paying $70 each time. I tried hiring another company that worked with them and they discredited me like I was a disgruntled customer. Please do not hire this company unless you want to deal with additional problems and no accountability.

David was very professional. He went above and beyond. And Lauren was very Dependable and accommodating. Both very Straightforward Dependable with their work ethics.
