Home Warranty of America’s failed us by sending this company out to our home. My wedding rings were stolen. I called Paceys and was told that their employees do not steal and to get a lie detector test. I was very nice to these people, they made me realize that you can’t trust anyone no matter what, Home Warranty of America; you’re canceled. I have filed a police report and taken other precautions, this will not go unnoticed.
David was dispatched to my home after I put in a claim with my warranty company. David not only fixed the problem but he educated me on how to solve the problem next time. He arrived on time and was very friendly! Thanks David!
