I frantically called Pacesetter and explained that there was a terrible mess in my passenger seat that needed cleaned. He gave me instructions and told me to come in first thing in the morning and he would clean the seat. I brought it in, they cleaned it, ordered a seat cover for me and sent me on my way. Came here to have a hitch replaced on my Ford Excursion and I was impressed with the level of customer service I received. They had a few hiccups with the install but they made it right and did everything they could to minimize any inconvenience to me. I would definitely use this company again.
We had a problem with our remote start. John went ABOVE AND BEYOND with his customer service!! i will not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to anyone!!
