I had Certififed Flaggers out on night shift and we had a light go out so they needed picked up and she answered her phone. That is GREAT customer service. Ive been a contractor in Florida for over 30 years. I have used a lot of labor companies, BUT this is by far the best company. Very professional. I needed a skilled electrician and the young lady said they have an entire office that deals with skilled only. The electrician she sent me was great if not better than the fulltimers on the site. The labor ended up staying at the jobsite for over 6 weeks. I am very happy and very impressed. I will only use Pacesetter Personnel Services from now on.
i live in the orlando area and im not sure if all the Pacesseters are link to each other but i had a not so great experience with Pacesseters in the Sanford area. i received my w-2 forms and notice that some info was incorrect. I immediately called the local office and tried to get the situation resolved. I spoke to a gentleman and he offered a solution that was unacceptable to me. but i agreed to it. If I ever go back to Tampa again I would return to Pacesetter. I needed to work to pay for my room and board every day and The operator James Jolly kept me working. Its a fun place to work!!!! Mr Jolly made my day every time I heard him call my name in the morning. My name is Dorothy.
I needed day labors to do general clean up every Friday on MacDill Airforce Base. If you know anything about labors, they all have records so this would not be an easy task since they have to pass Homeland Security background. I called Pacesetters beautiful, intelligent and surpisingly funny sales rep, Christine Cooley, the night before at 7pm when I remembered. She told me not to worry she would have 3 at my trailor at 630am. As you can imagine this young lady made quite an impression on me! She also lived up to her words. ... read more
