Our condo association recently hired your company, Pacesetter painting to redo our lobby floor. The work was completed on July 15th 2023. We asked for a touch up on the floor because parts of the floor did not have the same covering. James Gagnet has indicated that the touch up work won’t be completed suggesting that is how the final project is to look. We disagree.
