Worst home builder in Edmonton, their lack of respect for other home owners they are building around is atrocious. Not only did they damage my home and haven't fixed it yet, their contractors feel like they can walk across my yard, drive a backhoe across my yard, leave drywall piled on my yard, steal water from my outside tap and stand on my deck to do siding, roofing and eavestrough. We complained to their site supervisor and he ignores us.
Bought my first home through pacesetter. Our sales manager was Marissa Gabel. She was amazing to work with! All in all a great experience
Townhouses - Issue with Noise Transfer. Potential buyers need to be aware that there's considerable noise transfer between the walls and you can definitely hear your neighbors. I can hear my neighbors closing their kitchen cupboards, talking, their dog barking, when they go up and down the stairs my walls shake to the point that I had to remove some pictures from the walls.
