We purchased a new home with Joanna and she is the best! Always gets back to me with the information I need on a timely fashion. She’s also super professional and highly efficient. Everyone I met on this Pacesetter team is outstanding. We are glad that after a half year home hunting, we finally chose Pacesetter as our builder. The quality of the house is also amazing! Joanna at the Summerwood show home was outstanding. We had a great customer service experience during our search as she was very patient with us and quick at responding to our questions. She went above and beyond for us. The suggestion for improvement that I have is not connected to Joanna. I would have given this 5 star based solely on our experience with her.
