I regret choosing Pacesetter for my new-build home. Possession kept slipping with little notice and I had to chase updates. On possession we found issues like uneven flooring, paint overspray, gaps in trim, and a window that leaked in the first rain. Warranty requests needed repeated follow-ups and some trades didn’t show. Several items are still unresolved. I would not recommend them.

Very very veeeerrryyyyyy poor after purchase warranty service. BE AWARE !!!! I purchased home from Pacesetter last year and I had many problems. Someone from Service team named Jason came in once to address the issues. After few months another issues had occurred and I sent multiple emails. But, no response from builder. They don't reply to our email. They don't pick up our call. If you look at the reviews with the 5 stars, they are mostly from realters or mortgage agents who works with them or people who work in there team.... read more
