Pacesetter makes Poorly built homes. Where to even begin.. Things start falling apart after 5 years and zero responsibility or care is taken from their team. Things look nice on the surface, but the quality just isn’t there. Missing flashing on windows, poorly constructed fences, air gaps, uneven walls, etc… I could go on. I’m sure they have nice homes but their consistency is horrible and quality control needs huge improvement.
Pacesetter is a circus masquerading as a home builder. Nick Gentry (the construction manager) is an actual clown. He is so tremendously incompetent that if I asked Nick to open a jar of pickles for me, he would take 6 months and have the lid on the jar at such an angle that you couldn't open the pickles. He would call this good because hey, the lid moved! Paula Campbell is tremendously polite, kind, and also completely useless.
