Verified Renter a little unhappy that a lot of things in my apartment are somewhat broke/needed repair/needed cleaning. i was okay with maintenance coming into my apt w/o me there bc i knew he would be in an out as usual. recently, glass dr entered my apt without my knowledge. main office scheduled the apt, but never mentioned to me when they would be showing up. i’m not a fan of the invasion of privacy. doesn’t matter if i tell one person the can come in, that doesn’t mean you can automatically let everyone in. as the head ... read more
Verified Renter Unit was nice and clean upon move in, walls were also freshly painted. It’s quiet out here, no issues. Nice neighbors. Also the maintenance guys are nice too.

Verified Renter Have had a good experience except I have not received my 650 points for Lease Renewal. Maintenance requests have been met in a timely manner. Office staff is helpful. A negative is the Package Room is horrible.
