Do not move here unless u enjoy nothing ever being repaired, roach infestation, (dumping your own trash rather than maintenance)walking it to the outdoor dumpster, phone calls never being returned lack of proper mgmt guidance, and a maintenance man who smokes and hides all day rather than repair a single item, and just plain filth from the front double door entrance and throughout the 4 tiered site. Amenities do not exist. No access to club house. Lifting floors rusty fixtures. We were supposed to have an audit inspection inspection so things could be addressed but no one came to my unit. Several units in my building have problems and we have all been ignored.
