DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived in this apartment complex for over a year and it was THE worst experience. I had neighbors dumping pots of food outside of my door and letting their child play with my doorbell at early hours in the morning. To make things worse, they were even URINATING outside of my door. I also had a ring doorbell camera, so I had video proof of everything they were doing. When I brought these things to the attention of the management team, they said they would “talk to them”.
