Llevo un año en este apartamento pagando mi telefonía y servicio de internet wifi con. T-mobile , pero al renovar contrato me activaron otro servicio de wifi con Xfinity sin yo solicitarlo ni aprobarlo ni darme ningún router y con un cobro de $53 por mes , al firmar el contrato supuestamente iba incluido en la renta pero ahora lo está cobrando por aparte , ellos no te dicen con anticipación sino ya cuando firmas y no te dan solución ni cancelación para tu beneficio, mi recomendación es no te mudes aquí , no te solucionan y t... read more
Customer service is everything and this apartment does not have it. I came to visit this apartment with my best friend, we didn’t know there was anyone in the office because it was so quiet, when I stared saying “ hellllloooo” finally someone said with frustration “ I’m with someone” and that’s it. Usually a place with good customer service will come out and greet the customer and let someone know they will be right with them. We sat for about 25-30 minutes and nobody said anything. This is a wonderful place to live in, but even more amazing was the exceptional customer service. If you drop by, please ask for Angela—she is so patient, professional, and genuinely attentive. I am truly grateful for her outstanding help and kindness!
I highly recommend living at Halston Paces! Angela and Sulman are always kind, professional, and truly care about the residents. Every time I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve taken the time to listen and resolve it quickly. I honestly have no complaints. The customer service here has been excellent, and it’s clear they work hard to make this a great place to live. Thank you, Angela and Sulman, for always being so friendly and helpful!
