Looks nice from the outside but between mold, roaches, UNNECESSARY fees, and loud neighbors. Just look elsewhere. Office staff does not give a damn, the first team when I moved in was great. Our unit flooded from a fire upstairs which made our electrical to not work…our unit reached 95 degrees and the office staff said they couldn’t do anything. Aquí está en 84 grados en este momento. Ellos solo vienen a verlo y se van. Nadie a venido esta semana desde el lunes apesar que e puesto órdenes de servicio. Dicen que la jefa quiere que lo monitoren, pero saben que está dañado. La temperatura en el apartamento no baja de 80-87 toda la semana. Llevo 2 meses en esto. Y le reporte que el aire no silve desde Julio 2025 cuando me mudé.
