Everyone & everything was great, from the first phone call, the technician, to the three guys who replaced all of our duct work! We were very impressed by the great customer service everyone had!
Pace is very professional and timely in their work. As soon as the problem was diagnosed, they secured a part and repaired my unit all in the same day. This was golden as I was expecting company the same day.

While making the repair, he found what he thought was another issue that needed a replacement item but took the time to troubleshoot and was able to fix the issue while onsite without requiring replacement parts or an additional site visit.
