Ben at Pacer has worked on my vehicles for as long as I can remember. He is the most knowledgeable mechanic i know. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my vehicles. I brought my BMW X6 to this place. Customer service was great. Ben didn’t sugarcoat anything, and told me what i needed to know in order to fix the issues BMW was trying to charge $6,000 for. It has been 4 months and my vehicle is running brand new. I will be returning.
I personally have been in the auto industry since 1998. And currently manage a car dealership . My wife and I was recommended this place by a friend. The dealer I worked for was unable to work on a Range Rover so we needed an import store . We brought our Range Rover here the office is a complete mess , parking is unavailable and the place smelt like an emporium of marujuana .
