If you sell your house, be sure to pay attention to everything Pacer Propane does. While we were pending, they filled the tank and never notified escrow. They knew the account was transferring and somehow "missed" this fill in their records. Months later, I was billed for over $500 plus interest. Pacer Propane was not helpful in any of this and just kept asking for their money. Somehow it was my responsibility that they missed something in their records. Make sure to keep all your records and watch them closely.

So disorganized. It's been very frustrating dealing with pacer. The customer service is nice enough but their ways of doing business is very disorganized and causes a lot of confusion and problems -- no set schedule, miscommunication between drivers and the center, billing issues. Happy to be moving soon to natural gas and not dealing with propane anymore!

Home Owner We get the best service and deal with very nice people. Beverly is always accommodating about billing. Anyone else answering the phone is always polite and helpfulWe appreciate most the service we get. Pacer is great about delivering 'a little bit' often - so I can afford it and so I don't run out of propane. The only reason I didn't give 5-stars was when the snow was (really) deep and, after 2 weeks of snow & ice, they quit trying to make deliveries - I ran out of propane. As luck would have it, they plowed our road the next day and the Pacer guy was filling our tank shortly after.Their prices are always competitive and the office and delivery folks are always very nice to work with.I have referred 3 of my neighbors to Pa... read more

Terrible company. We ran out of propane and they said their on-call people only worked till 3:00pm so we are without propane which means no heat or hot water in the winter time.
