"This was my first and last time working with this company. According to the agreement, the pool water level was supposed to be lowered, all channels drained to prevent freezing, the DE filter cleaned, and the pool covered. Despite my clear instructions, they came at a time when I wasn’t home. The next morning, when I checked the skimmer, I found it full of water. I have two pool stores closer to me, so I had not been to Pacer Pools for at least a decade. When the usual stores did not have what I needed, I called Pacer. Much to my delight, they seemed to have what I needed, so I quickly drove there to get what I needed before they closed for the day. I took two photos of my filter system with me. After a quick discussion of what I needed, one of the ladies took a photo to the back and came out with everything I needed. I was elated. I will be taking business there more often.

Pacer Pools opens & closes our pool. Very reliable and helpful with computerized water tests, pool chemicals and anything we might need for our pool. They are polite and courteous to all customers. They will work with you to help you open orclose your pool on the date that you prefer. Iam very happy with everyone at Pacer Pool Services! Thank you for all you do!
