Staff is very helpful ang knowledgeable
They charged me for a pool vacuuming when I didn't ask for it. They ignored my last email and went ahead and charged my card anyway. I won't be using them in the future.
Terrible customer service. Very rude and misleading. Last August, we were having issues with our pool. I called and asked if they could service. They came out twice, charged us over $600 for “cleaning” but never fixed the problem. We figured it was the end of year, and we’d try again this summer and asked them to just close it up. This summer, they strung us along for more than 3 weeks saying they would put us on the schedule but would never commit to a date. Pacer Pool Service is the best Pool company in the area. They have a great staff who are knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are fair, and they work with you on the schedule. One year, we wanted to leave our pool open for an extra few weeks, and they were more than willing to accommodate us. They're family-owned, which makes a difference because they care about their clients. Lastly, they'll analyze your pool water (for free) in about 2 minutes, and help you get whatever you need to adjust it. 5/5
