Absolutely Pathetic Service – Gerber Collision Is a Joke Gerber Collision has been the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with any business. Insurance claim they were assigned to do. Was told they would contact me. After 2 days of nothing I stopped by and the young lady had never heard of the claim. She looked it up and found it, and stated they would take it right then but the rental car had not been coordinated. I don't do business with places where employees act like they are doing me a favor when I am the customer.
