Poor customer service. Waited for 30 minutes after the appointment time and had to leave because I needed to be at work and nobody was available. Just frustrating.
I would leave negative stars if it were possible. Car was picked up Friday after 2 months...looks as if it were in a wreck rather than having hail damage fixed. This place is ridiculous, parts that were not in need of replacing have been replaced. The trunk which never should have been touched is missing parts, has loose parts, and doesn't open or close as it did before.
